A flat ₦100 processing fee is added on top of every payment and paid by your customer — you receive the full amount you request. Example: you request ₦10,000 — your customer transfers ₦10,100 and your balance is credited the full ₦10,000. Of the ₦100 fee, ₦50 covers Kora's processing charge and ₦50 is retained by OrbytPay.
OrbytPay provides payment collection and disbursement for connected apps and merchants, processed over Korapay's licensed rails. Collections are settled to your OrbytPay balance only after Kora's signed confirmation and OrbytPay's independent verification both succeed.
Your available balance may be withdrawn at any time to a Nigerian bank account in your name via Kora disburse. Account names are resolved before sending, balances debit atomically, and failed transfers are automatically refunded to your balance.
You may refund a credited payment up to the amount you received; the customer's ₦100 processing fee on the original transaction is not returned.
Every balance movement — credits, fees, withdrawals and refunds — is recorded on OrbytPay's hash-chained ledger. Your transaction history in the dashboard and API is the authoritative record of amounts credited net of fees.
We may update these terms; material changes (including any change to the fee) will be shown here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
